Past Initiatives
- Conducted a survey of NTTF at UCCS (survey completed Spring 2015, report and recommendations submitted Fall 2015)
- Provided feedback to campus administration on the multi-year contract policy (in development from 2013 - 2015)
- Developed Lecturer, Instructor, and Senior Instructor Rights & Responsibilities document for the UCCS campus (Approved by Faculty Representative Assembly in 2012)
- Coordinated NTTF testimony from UCCS to the state legislature in support of HB 12-1144 (a bill allowing multi-year contracts for NTTF, which became law in 2012)
- Motion to Faculty Assembly: Support Colorado House Bill HB 12-1144 (Passed by Faculty Representative Assembly in 2012)
- UCCS NTTF promotion pay motion (Passed by Faculty Representative Assembly in 2010, Implemented in 2011)
